Initial company registration application fee $120; branch office $60 (16 CCR 1948). The Structural Pest Control Act (BPC 8610) sets no expiration date or renewal fee for a company registration; the company keeps it in force by maintaining a Qualifying Manager licensed in each registered branch, the $12,500 bond (BPC 8697), $500,000 general liability insurance (BPC 8692) and workers compensation coverage or an exemption (BPC 8693). Unlicensed owners and officers need Live Scan fingerprints. Change of bond or insurance $25. Confirm with SPCB (916) 561-8704.
