Questions about managed filing
How is managed filing priced?
Per license and per license-year. A simple renewal, where the state renews online and the license needs no CE, is $149. Anything with CE proof, paper forms or extra steps is $249. We send you the quote and you approve it before we start. State renewal fees, late fees and CE course costs are not in the quote. You pay those separately.
Do you guarantee my license will be renewed?
No. We fill in the filing carefully and submit it on time, but the licensing board decides, and it sets its own processing times. We are not affiliated with any board and cannot promise approval or a date.
What do I need to provide?
Your license details, plus whatever the board asks for: proof of CE, insurance or bond certificates, and the state fee. If something is missing we message you and wait until we have it.
Do I authorize you to act for me?
Yes, for that one license. When you request managed filing you let our team use the information you give us to submit the renewal for you. The data disclaimer has the full wording.
Do I need a paid plan?
You request it from inside your ClearLicensed account, on a license you already track. It works with any plan, including during the free trial.
