Yes. The Free plan covers one license with email reminders, with no card and no time limit. Every account starts with 14 days of Basic, then moves to Free unless you pick a paid plan. Starter is $20 a month for up to 10 licenses, and paying yearly takes 20% off.
You ask for it on a specific license. The price is per license and per renewal: $149 for a simple online renewal, $249 when the board wants CE proof or paper forms. You approve it and pay, then someone on our team fills in the renewal by hand on the state's portal and saves the confirmation to your account. State fees, CE course costs and any documents you have to supply are extra. The board decides whether to approve it and how long it takes, and we cannot change that.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account moves to the Free plan: email reminders for one license, and nothing is deleted.
You cannot add more licenses than your plan allows. You will be asked to upgrade, and nothing you already entered is deleted. Archived licenses do not count. On the Free plan with more than one license, every license stays editable, and reminders go to the one that expires first.
Yearly billing is 20% off twelve months at the monthly price, charged once a year. The pricing page shows the monthly equivalent and the yearly total.
