Notes
NMDA publishes a $100 commercial applicator fee and $75 operator/technician fee (statutory caps in NMSA 76-4-22); the older text of 21.17.50.25 NMAC still shows $75 / $50 and a December 31 expiration, so the NMDA-published figures are used. Pest control is licensed by the NM Department of Agriculture, not RLD. A separate business-level pest control license fee is not published on the NMDA pages reviewed. Service vehicles must show the firm name and applicator license number.
