Mechanical Contractor - HVAC (Limited/Unlimited) (MC-HVAC)
State license · Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB)
- Deadline
- Annual; license expires on the last day of the licensee's birth month each year (OAC 158:50-9-3 (Ch. 50)). Renewal fee must be delivered/mailed or paid online on or before the birth-month expiration date.

- Insurance
- Active contractor: $5,000 continuous corporate surety bond payable to CIB (plumbing also allows cash/CD of $5,000), and certificate of general liability of at least $50,000 with CIB as certificate holder (not additional insured); lapse makes license inactive.
